what parts should i get for a workstation/gaming pc

I was wondering what parts would be good for a workstation/gaming pc. thanks in advance for your suggestions and my budget is 2360 pounds (but I would like it to be as cheap as possible while being powerful)

This is a good build and if you want to get a better case you could fall back on the 980 ti but I would try to stick with the Titan X because it has shown it is a capable workstation and gaming card.

I don't need sli - the software that I would be using (blender and unity) only need one gpu. I don't think they support sli either
