What GPU would you suggest for my needs?

Ok i just found a way to upgrade my cpu,and now need get a better GPU so i can play the games i want.

 

PC specs: i5 2320,16GB ddr3,500w antec PSU with 2 12v rails at 22A each,and some old SATA HDD's.

 

Games i would like to be able to play are:

 

Fallout 4

 

GTA 5

 

Fry Cry 3,4 and Primal 

 

The Witcher 3

 

Need for Speed

 

Project Cars 

 

Rise of the Tomb Raider

 

 

The only problem is i have no money right now.

 

My plan is to take your GPU suggestions, and go on my local craigslist looking for someone willing to trade for something i have.

I would like to be able to run at my native resolution of 1920x1200 if possible,and i will be fix with almost any settings as long as it can play smoothly.

 

My current GTX 460 SE runs GTA 5 on lowest at 800x600 and get 12-45 fps lol, i want to run it better than that lol.

You can probably find some 290/x's on ebay for around $150-$200 and it would suit your needs just fine, plus they overclock pretty well.

 

Just cards around that performance spectrum would do well, so you can go check some out.
