PC Upgrades and Cool Tech Under $300?

It's my birthday soon and I'm thinking about upgrading my PC. http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/user/Bobby_Joe_90/saved/pHhfrH I'm looking to upgrade to an SSD but I'm open to any suggestions. I'm also looking for a new case because my current one isn't the best. I'm also looking for a mechanical keyboard for a decent price.

I'd bump that CPU up to an i5 4690K and then uses the leftover money to get a nice cooler and then you can overclock

PSU, get a psu upgrade.

H chipset motherboard, you'd need to add a motherboard as well.

and i'm not too sure about the PSU taking it.

G2, GS, P2, GS, and some others.

 

they also have pretty terrible stuff like the B and nex series.

I second this 100%, I guarantee you will notice a difference in speed once you upgrade your processor.

Brand =/= psu quality. Unless it's Seasonic or XFX. Their psus are just all great.

The B2 series is fine... B1 and NEX weren't "terrible", but I wouldn't recommend them whatsoever.

get a core i5 4690k and a gtx 960 2gb

i'll word it as "money best spent on something else instead" together with the corsair CX series.
