CPU Cooler for $30-$40

I'm looking for a quite and good CPU cooler for around the price point of about $40.

It also has to be compatible with my build which is here 

(Before you recommend it, PCPartPicker says it isn't compatible with the hyper 212 evo)

That build is kinda whack though, so much money on peripherals, not enough on hardware.

Im not sure, I just know that when i search for it with the compatibility filter on, it doesn't come up.

Accumulating shit over time is much different than going in and buying all that. 

 

You end up with a much larger variety of gear.

It's because the top of the heat pipes will be touching the side panel.

And yet it runs cooler and quieter than the 212 EVO.

Sorry man, Got mine from Newegg (actually shipped from a newegg affiliate distributor) but had no problems getting it, etc. and it was equally as timely when I got it there.

 

I see they are out of stock, however.

The Bequiet Pure Rock is pretty nice. But if your case doesn't fit the 212, it might not fit.

That really sucks that the H7 is out of stock, I hope it's back in stock soon.
