I plan on building a Hackintosh to replace my current macbook pro 13in retina with 16gb of ram. It works fine separate from my displays but once I attach it to my two 1080p and 1440p displays it slows down a heck of a lot. As well as many issues with multitasking going slowly. My main uses will be programming so using Xcode which often quits by itself when connected to a display. Another use is Photoshop and being able to push pixels to two displays. I also need to be able to have two windows of Xcode open a window of photoshop and spotify open with a web browser in the back. So lots of multitasking.

My current budget is around 1400 but obviously less is better. My pcpartpicker build for right now is this: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/LZdFBm

Thank you so much for the help!

The C7 is designed to be a low profile cooler for a small form factor case like the Fractal Node 202. Go for something like a cryorig H7 instead.
