Which watercooling do you have? And yes, generally air passing the pump is going to damage it to some extent (depends on the amount of air).

Alright, thanks you both for answers.

Because I'm a noob I need to make sure: What do you mean with as long as your res is above your pump? The water is going up till the cap, so I can open the cap without water coming out.

It could be the way it's mounted. The tubes, on the manual, are supposed to be on the bottom of the block.

The tubes are on the bottom of the block :) I mean, the thing you can open the put water in is above the tubes and I can open that up without water coming out because the water doesnt go all the way up there

You can't really see the bubbles in these pictures. It's like when I have the system on I start to see some bubbles every 3rd second

Anyone has any idea what I should do, or should I just leave it as it is?

Massage the tubes, in any case the bubbles in your tubes that are small and tiny like that aren't going to do any damage. But you can squeeze the tubes where the bubbles are in an attempt to get them to move if they are bugging you.

If you leave the res 50% filled up. All the air will build up there. Then you can fill it all up later. Atleast that happened on my 100ml res.

I can't see it very well, but it really looks like you need to add some more fluid.

If you want to rid of air bubbles, just shake the PC until they let out into the res.
