I have spent the last week trying to find a a good GPU around $100 and let me tell you, its really hard.  Also Amazon also has some weird pricing. As a result I recommend second hand (eBay/Craigslist) or EVGA B-Stock if they have anything in stock.

Also I haven't answered your question. So sorry about that.

Personally I feel like Newegg's pricing is better since they deal exclusively in electronics but Amazon might have a better deal because they're weird and give Prime Members extra off some things some time so yeah. I would just spend some time with excel and a list of GPUs and compare the two sites costs

dude, its a GTX 950, it doesn't have a huge heat output like a 980Ti does... it won't even reach 60c let alone 90c.

I have a Radeon R7 260x and it runs all games fine at 1080p, for only 120 euros (in dollars that is about the same since hardware is cheaper in the US. If you want something slightly better I'd recommend the R7 370. Sorry for the AMD biased post, but I thought that previous posts had shown you enough Nvidia options :)

The 950 should perform, a bit better than the 250x, but if you want 4GB VRAM you could get this one. https://jet.com/product/detail/7eed89cc1ebc42b69e4eaba0a1657aea?jcmp=pla:ggl:electronics_a1:electronics_accessories_computer_components_io_cards_adapters_a1_other:na:na:na:na:na:2&code=PLA15&k_clickid=5bbb704e-cc5a-451f-bba6-903265ecb783&abkId=403-187523&gclid=Cj0KEQiAr8W2BRD2qbCOv8_H7qEBEiQA1ErTBkyUqYC320N-YQ0CNBSUVEdRZqR4OOiysMPJjb6FP60aAhOE8P8HAQ
