I know this is a Air Cooling thread but a H80i will be best for the job! since it can fit in most small form factor cases.

Also depens on your case and clearance. The CM Hyper series are good options - take a look at those and see what might fit.

I would recommend the Hyper 212 Evo by Coolermaster. Here are the dimensions for it and make sure your case and your ram have clearance. Hyper212EVO_Measurement-600.jpg
