I have never heard of it, but it looks like cheap generic thermal paste... maybe look into a tube of MX-4?  High quality thermal compound is not that expensive and should last you quite a few CPU installations if you use the proper amount.

With thermal pastes you can buy pretty much ANY of them in 10$ price range, so if i were you, i'd buy the best there is (like mine MX4, or if you're not scared of liquid metal something like coollaboratory can do the trick). Its the cheapest way to get your temps on EVERYTHING lower by about 2-3 degrees.

You could also hit ebay and see what you can find...scored some PK-1 for under $4 with free shipping.

I would personally get a better quality thermal paste like MX4 because the one that you chose would probably dry up very quickly and have poor cooling (i think it is how thermal paste works): http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835186038
