Does anyone know why my naga is playing up on windows 10

Because it's Razer? Why else?

What is the actual issue with the mouse? Have you installed the drivers.

I have it says the device connected via usb has malfunctioned or not working correctly

Try plugging it into another computer. Also is it juttering or nonresponsive? Can you describe the issue in more detail.

The Razer hate is huge on this forum (which is fine from a value perspective, but there legitimately isn't a productivity replacement for the Naga on the market today.)

You also don't need non-standard drivers for it to function properly (I've literally plug and played on Linux/OS X/Win 10, computers I never even tried installing drivers/synapse for).

What happens when you plug it into another computer (ideally without synapse)?

I cant test that

No laptop or anything?

Try unplugging the device, uninstalling synapse, restarting your computer, and then plugging it back in and just tell us if the same issue occurs.

I see it is working fine now, but if the issue pops up again, maybe try plugging it into another USB port?
