What do you mean by you need a CPU and a motherboard for $150? That's going to be impossible, even more so with an SLI-ready board, unless you want to get used.

For 450-500 after it i need help with mobo and cpu

It have a z97-P 100$ i think it have sli after it i need a 100$ cpu who will not drop fps in dayz Exemple and not botleneck

You can't expect to purchase a $100 CPU and have it not bottleneck a $650+ GPU.

A 200 dollar cpu in shop custs 100

At home i have an MSI MILITARY CLASS 4K MSI H87M G43 

I will buy a r9 390x for 400 New Card Euro 

And a cpu used i5 4690 or i5 4690k i dont know if i5 4690k work on that mobo for oc or should i buy a another i7 under 230? Better than i5 4690 or i5 4690k not for oc if i7 

Question: At many games will be difference fps like i7 or i5? Like in dayz or Arma 3 or rust or 7 days to die

 

Or just buy a GTX 980 SOC for 450Euro

All of the 3 CPUs will get you enough performance and will NOT bottleneck anything.

Don´t go for 970 SLI.
For that money get a single 980ti.

400$ for a GTX 980 SOC

Now Already i have to look a 100-250$ cpu and i will buy a used can be i3 and i5 and i7 but MUST BE BETTER THAN I5 4430

My mobo H87M G43 is in stock at my home

But...the i5-4430 is completely fine for gaming?
Except you want to do other things like editing, but otherwise an i7 won´t be worth it.

And 980 for 400 is a good deal I suppose.

That would be more than stupid to upgrade from i5-4430 to another of the 4th gen.

IF at all, min. i7-4xxx (another won´t fit on your board). Everything else is not worth it.
