I know someone else HAS to have this issue as well. im running 64 bit windows 10, and whenever my PC goes to sleep, the only way to wake it up anymore is by hitting the power button! I should be able to just click the mouse... I suspect this is a win 10 bug....any fixes?

If you press the power button, does the system wake up or does it freeze to a black screen and you are forced to restart the computer?

On your main pc, if you can't wake it up with the mouse or keyboard, it's possible that some settings got disabled.
Try the following:

Open Device Manager from the start menu, and find your mouse

Right click on your mouse and click on "Properties"

Now in the top of the properties window you should see a couple of tabs, go to the "Power Management" tab and tick the option "Allow this device to wake the computer"

It should now look like this:

Do the same thing for your keyboard.

Now try again and see if your computer wakes from sleep mode using the keyboard or mouse.

I have only one of the mice and keyboards have power settings...the rest have all the other tabs, but no power management, also the"Allow this device to wake the computer" was already checked.

Hhhmm, I've had a similair issue with my PC before.

It came, and all out of nowhere it went away.

It's very strange, are you up to date with Windows update?
Maybe it's one of those updates that I always damn for forcing me to reboot that fixed the issue.
