Framerate issues in Open Beta for The Division

So I have an i7-4790k and 2 gtx 970s in SLI but i cant seem to get more than 20 fps on the open beta for the Division. I've looked online for optimal graphic settings but it doesn't work. Any help?

Maybe try turning off SLI, I get almost a constant 60fps on ultra with my 970

I tried that, still the same. But now out of nowhere it started working, and i have no idea why.

I run 30fps average on gtx 770 i54690K , med shadows no AA, 1440p

I had 40-50 Ultra 1440p. My CPU was holding it back. Time for the next Generation. I want upgrade.
