Quite possibly some of the worst and weirdest suggestions I've seen in awhile.

For headphones, I would look at the AKG K553 or DT 770 Pro. Both have decent soundstage.

Schiit doesn't make any multi-channel gear, so Modi and Magni won't work with the Logitech.

Okay, here is what I am looking for:
Mic - Mod Mic 4. Awesome quality for $50 and lets me use whatever headphones I want just about. Would prefer not to have to get a desk mic like a yeti or snowball if possible.

Headphones - Black closed back headphones with a clear sound platform that won't adjust all my music. Also something I can mount a mod mic 4 on. Would like it to have a large sound stage, not opposed to open back but only if once again it can mount a mod mic 4 on it and also won't have the mic pick up my audio. Budget $400 or less.

Speakers - Logitech Z906 5.1 surround sound. I want to try out surround sound and see what all the fuss is about and these seem like the best value to quality buy.

Dac & Amp - Modi and Magni 2 for the speakers and fulla schiit for the headphones (or should I just get 2 magni/modi 2s or does my speaker system not need a dac&amp?)

For headphones the Akg k553 look like exactly what I want. Just to be 100% sure, these are them correct: www.amazon.com/dp/B00X3MT7F6

My only concern is if they are comfortable for extended use, have you used them yourself?

Also what dac/amp should I get for my speaker system then?

And should I get a Magni&modi 2 for my headphones or a fulla? I really like the look of this:
http://amazon.com/dp/B00LP3AMC2 But I'm not sure if it offers the same quality as the fulla or magni/modi combo.

Yeah those are the headphones he is recomending and they are pretty comfortable.

If you don't have noise in your sound then a dac is a waste, but if you can't power them properly get a amp. The magni and modi is better than the FiiO E10K. Can't you just plug your speakers straight into your pc since they are active speakers (the amp is build into the sub)

Before you buy amp and dac.  My thoughts on the M50x  Ultimate Ears Reference monitor review I might have a thing for audio...

My main Headphones and IEMs:  K612 pro, HD 25 and Ultimate Ears Reference Monitor, HD 580 with HD 600 grills

DAC and AMP: RME ADI 2 DAC

Speakers: Genelec 8040, System Audio SA205

Receiver: Denon AVR-1612

Desktop: R7 1700, GTX 1080  RX 580 8GB and other stuff

Laptop: ThinkPad P50: i7 6820HQ, M2000M. ThinkPad T420s: i7 2640M, NVS 4200M

Feel free to pm me if you have a question for me or quote me. If you want to hear what I have to say about something just tag me.

So the speakers have an amp built in and I don't need a dac for them or my headphones unless I am having issues?

So my current setup is:
Speakers - Logitech Z906
Headphones - AKG K553
Mic - Mod Mic 4
And that is all I need?
