remove everything and reinstall windows

when i go to remove everything and renistall windows it says that there was a problem while reseting your pc no changes where made how do i get around this so i can reset my pc ?

Its on windows 8.1 this happens

yeah dont reset

do a clean install from a USB drive

you should also take this opportunity to install windows 10 because soon it will no longer be free

its really easy, when you install windows 10 you just need to put in your windows 8.1 key and it will automatically activate

you make a bootable windows 10 USB just like in the link I posted...

just follow the steps

Download a Windows 10 iso, by going to the MS site.

Open the iso and copy all the files into it.

Insert the USB and restart

Open boot menu could be F12 depending on your bios.

Boot up using Windows 10
