I would change:

 

mobo.     Msi gtx970 am3+

 

cpu.         AMD 6300

 

gpu.         Msi Gtx 960 4gb

 

 

 

 

u probably won't agree but I think it is a good build

Honestly I would consider saving money by going for Haswell over Skylake. So a i5 4670 and a H97 maybe? It does seem like you need the extra features you would get with skylake. Now if you play on upgrading more stuff later by all means go skylake but it seems you are looking for a badass budget 1080p build and I feel like you could get equal performance for cheaper.

Well the thing the reatailer im buying from is mostly selling skylake chips and only 1-4 haswell eg: i5 4460 i3 4160 pentium.....

and the price for 6400 is cheaper than the 4460 .
