well if its the CPU cooler then i would sugest getting something like the be quiet ShadowRock 2, i cant even hear mine, its just gone when i put on my headphones and drowns under any sound what so ever :) its kind of huge but look at be quiet:s products, they are, well quiet lol

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

is ir quiet even when your cpu is under a big load?

yah, even under load its really quiet, there are probably some audio samples on youtube if you want to listen to it :)

You should first try to lower fan speed on current cooler and see how much temps are affected. You might need much bigger heatsink with slower fan if temps are issue with lower fan speeds.
