It's probably better to get Skylake right now since it's newer and has slightly more support for some of the newer stuff that came out (DDR4, Ultra M.2, etc.)

It's basically a new storage connector that supports connections up to 32 gbps (over 5 times faster than the current sata standard). It also comes with a lot of great feature. It has slightly better performance as well. If you've got the money skylake is the way to go right now.

OH SHIT I got a great deal going with 6700k i faked that i had a guy offering one for $300 to a local guy and he said he would do $305 :P going to pick her up Sunday :)

There's only one right now... Intel 750 series ssds... Which start at 400 bucks for the 400 gb version.
