New to sli please help

ok so fI have been monitoring my GPU usage the last few days, this is my first time ever doing sli and i did this quick benchmark to show you if you can help me out,

It looks like the second GPU is not being utilized, this happens in game as well

Try connecting your display to the primary GPU and see if anything changes. What games are you playing?

Sli doesn't normally work with opengl and windowed programs(kombuster is opengl most games are directx). Try running something like 3d mark or tomb raider and see if the benchmarks match up.

if i connect it to other gpu i get no screen its just black intill i reconnect it to the current gpu

What if you disable SLI, switch it, and then re-enable it?

currently playing dragon age origins, once i beat that i will keep playing games untill i become current

example: tomb raider, shadow of mordor, Witcher 3, and a few other titles
