Because I can't find a way to get it passed 4.5 Ghz it's like I'm stupid. Because I tried without pushing the base clock but I can't get it far enough.

1.265 for 4.5 GHz but I can't get past that for some reason that or I am pushing it too far all at once

You probably have the worst 4790k ever OR try 1.28v

It went to 1.28 volts without a hitch ran aida 64 with temps below 70c but still only putting out 4.5Ghz

1.28 got me 4.9

Silicon lottery..

 

Mine won't do anything passed 4.7 without 1.28+ yet some can do that with less.
