Without a monitor, I'm on a €600 budget for the computer itself.

That's still a good processor, I personally enjoy the skylake processors. What kind of gaming do you do or is this not for gaming?

CS:GO, Rocket League, Black Ops 3 (Very Little), Dota & Euro Truck Simulator 2. I'm just thinking the monitor is a bit over the top but for some reason, a 120Hz monitor is more expensive than a 144Hz one, hence why I added a 144Hz one. Just a bit sceptical if I need 144Hz or not. But in games like CS:GO I'm sure it will be a massive difference than a 60Hz monitor....

without knowing your intent with this machine, looks fine. Definitely will be budget when it comes to performance. The biggest question I guess, what games are you trying to run? This should be fine, but you will be dinking with the settings to get smooth frames in every game.

If your goal is Affordability and Movability. You have it.

Do you play CS:GO competitive and if so what rank? :)

i play on 60hz and have played on 144hz. It is better, but if your looking to budget then 60hz won't make you stop playing.

Here is a benchmark of the GTX 950 in CS:GO you should be fine and you'll have high enough frames to utilize your 144hz monitor. Hope this helped! :)gtx-950-csgo.png.2ed08c971e27c600c95e2fa

Yes my goal is budget & ITX for sure. And I won't be doing any "serious" gaming at all. If I was ever playing something like Crysis 3 or GTA 5, I wouldn't mind turning down the settings.
