This is a good build but you could save money on the Power Supply and Case.  a 500W PSU is overkill for a build like this, especially because it doesn't have a video card.  Get something like a 430W or even like a 300W (from a respectable brand) might be ok.  Also I'm assuming you don't need a fancy case so just get a Fractal Design Core 1000 or similar case.

The above recommendations could save you up to 35-40 bucks.

So buying a pre built pc is better? Wouldn't building a pc be a bit cheaper. I want to save some money.

Here's something like what I am talking about:

http://www.amazon.com/Eggsnow-Fanless-Haswell-Computer-Workstation/dp/B00YEGGQ6S

This one is pricey but I'm sure you can find one that meets your price/performance.

Wouldn't the G3258 provide roughly around the same performance? Since it is both a dual core and the G3258 can be overclocked? Will the performance on that be better?

well , the g3258 isn't a great choice for office work , since it can"t multitask much

Edit: it can't handle 4 threads , so you'll be very limited, and normal use won't feel great.

the thing is , there isn't really any other good quality psu under 500w. Sure , there is the cx430, but that's pretty much it. And i think since it is an office machine , it should look decent.
