CDs are not naturally flammable sooo you may need to add an accelerant.

Define "not working". IMGBurn is what I would use for that. Are you sure the drives you're writing the DVDs with have burn capabilities?

Not working: 2/3 of the drives wont even acknowledge the existence of the DVD, but will recognize the presence of others.

I don't know why the DVD's would not have burn capability's, seeing as I have been able to write to one of them. All of the programs I use (IMGBurn) says there is nothing there, where windows says otherwise (only for one of the DVD's).

I'm still a bit confused. You're saying IMGBurn doesn't recognize a blank DVD? Also, are you sure you're using writable DVDs and not CDs (or any other form of disc)?

If nothing else works you can try PowerISO, I've had some success with it before.

Also, is a bootable USB drive not an option?

I use oldie software called Deepburner but its much more complicated looking than Imgburn. You may still need to select your DVD drive before burning (if you have multiple option for any reason).
