Get a GoPro or a Xiaomi Yi with an underwater housing. There's not much else to make it AIO than being able to take videos, photos, mount it on a plane, a car, use it underwater, etc.

Just get a mirrorless or dslr and set it to Auto. Why don't you want a dslr if I may ask?
