Does anyone know if a local repair place might have some rubber fan mounts? I checked websites where I am (which isn't like a big city or anything) and most of the places seem to just do repairs or sell prebuilt PCs. I need them for a project that I am doing and I would like to get them sooner than later as I am off of school this week and would like to finish while I'm off school. I have 8 cooler master sickleflow fans with the obnoxious "self-threading screws." I already painstakingly threaded every single fan hole once but it apparently wasn't enough. I attempted to put the fans in the case and I couldn't because of the awkward angle and that the screw head is actually wearing from my screwdriver making it near impossible to screw in now. Any suggestions?

Your best bet is online like Amazon, if your wanting to keep the screws but say have softer rubber washers you could getting o-rings from hardware stores.

You can probably get replacement screws from Cooler Master if the screws are stripped. Also, self tapping screws are the standard--just screw harder.

Repair shops rarely have special things like real rubber mounts. Or any spare parts for sale really. Online is best option. Or hardware store and get some o-rings. I actually like them better than pure rubber mounts. They do about same and are cheaper to replace once they aren't usable anymore.
