hi people out there, ive got a lga1155 cpu and motherboard is it worth keeping and spending money on? :)

It's still a formidable socket, so I don't see the need to change it.

If it's an i7 you are fine for now.

If its a low i5/lower, then you may want to look for an upgrade soon. (Maybe wait a little more)

I have an 1155, it works but good mobo and cpu options are limited
