Is my CPU bottleneck for my GPU ? should i overclock?

Hi guys.
I have just builded my new rig and i want to know, if is my CPU  bottleneck for my GPU.
CPU I5 469OK
GPU asus Strix 97Oi
Is that ok? or should i overclock my cpu for better performance ?
CPU Fan: Zalman CNPS8X Optima
PSU: Enermax NAXN ENP500AGT 500W
Motherboard: MSI B85-G41 PC Mate.

I have checked that CPU and motherboard are both open for overcloacking.

Thank you for any help I´m pretty new around this stuff.
I dont even know if i should use MSI bios or OC genie or Intel center or something diferent….

4690k won't even bottleneck a 980ti so you'll be fine.

nope , it's ok.  Always overclock with the bios.

I'm a bit worried about the psu though. Enermax doesn't have the best reputation...

AMD Ryzen R7 1700 (3.8ghz) w/ NH-D14, EVGA RTX 2080 XC (stock), 4*4GB DDR4 3000MT/s RAM, Gigabyte AB350-Gaming-3 MB, CX750M PSU, 1.5TB SDD + 7TB HDD, Phanteks enthoo pro case

@Vanhu But you really should get a overclocksupporing motherboard (z97) or not a 4690k and a better cooler.

Edit: and psu upgrade!!!

Well,  your specific model is considered tier 5,so not the best.  Honestly,  you should be fine actually.
