400$ pc MAX

APU's are very dependent on the speed of the RAM.

The 5800k has a habit of choking system memory when running games. The 6800k gets rid of that problem.

the 6800k has better overclocking capabilities and better voltage control. It is a lot better.

From his position though he won't be able to do much overclocking. The motherboard and stock cooler will hold him back.

Yea you should definitely upgrade the ram. APUs really benefit with faster ram. Other than that, everything looks fine

Hybrid crossfire is easily beaten by an oc'ed 7770.

No I belive that its doesnt have a dedicated iGPU, you need a gpu of some description.

6800k only narrowly beats the 5800k in gaming. You can pair it with 2133 mhz ram for some gpu increase if you can. Otherwise a 5800k + 1866mhz ram would be nice. With the money saved you might be able to buy a H 212 Evo and slightly overclock the APU to give some more performance.
