Well i kinda need to pack about 20hours(5weeks of algebra 2 aka my sleep class and need to read a boring english book/do a worksheet) of studying/work in the 5 hours. any tips or tricks to stay concentrated/. and or studying music recommendations

I agree with switching off your Internet connection

or turning off/locking your computer to avoid being distracted.

Just get off of the computer. Get away from it. Put on some low music, quiet enough to hear but not loud enough to distract you.

Get fully isolated from possible distractions. Work in rooms like basement or other room that has nothing but single colored plain walls, a simple chair and a table. Nothing else. That way you (hopefully) only focus on work, as there's supposed to be nothing else to do besides work. For added bonus, have someone lock you in the room completely. Then there's literally nothing else useful to do other than work.
