Cheap Skylake Motherboard

I don't need much, and I am on a budget. What is an LGA1151 Motherboard that has great value?

The cheapest one you can find that uses ddr4 (and isnt from ECS / BIOSTAR)

Increasing order of price:

Z170 - over clocking + diff pci e con fig 1x16, 2x8, 1x8+2x4 + raid config

H170 - non overclocking + pci e config 1x16 + raid config

B150 - non overclocking + pci e config 1x16

Normally people buy or talk on above mentioned chip set but there are some more chip set available in market like H110,  Q150, etc. Z170 is most costly , after that H170

My personal choice is Z170 for those who are going to O.C and H170 for those who are happy with stock speed.
