Should i get rainbow six siege on steam?

I would say no, i have played the beta several times and i have friends who purchased it but dont seem to happy with their purchase. But at the same time i have friends who think i should get it.

It's really subjective, i didnt like it but some do and i cant think of anything that is objectively "wrong".

EDIT:

If you like to watch people play it you will most likely like playing it aswell.

I have it and I really do like it.

Anyways, every one has their own opinions. IMHO, Ubisoft did a good good at making R6S.

As someone who own it, I've to say it's one of the best game of 2015 for me.... when it work. I live in Bangkok with a pretty decent internet (100Mb down, 10Mb up) and there's a period of time after 1.3 patch and 1-2 days after this current patch that the game is way too laggy for me to play properly. Now it working fine again and I once again can enjoy it, and it's really fun. I do think that 60$ is however a bit high, so maybe checking site like cdkeys or gmg or g2m etc to buy it at 40$ or so. You also dont need season pass since all the additional content this game have will be available for free for everyone, season pass holder only got it 1 week before everyone else + 5% more reown (R6S money) per match + some bonus skin + dont have to pay in game money for the new operator (which made me play the game only for fun now since the reown I gain now I dont have any reason to use at all)

My rig: Intel Core i7 4790k | MSI Z97 PC Mate | GSKILL Ripjaws X 16GB 1866MHz | ADATA Premier SP550 480GB SSD | Seagate Barracuda 3TB | Seagate Barracuda 2TB  | MSI Gaming X GTX 1070 | Thermaltake Versa N21 | Corsair CX550M Semi Modular PSU | AOC G2460PF 144Hz | Logitech G502 | GSKILL Ripjaws KM780  | GAMDIAS HEPHAESTUS V2  PCPartPicker | Old Build Log | New Build Log
