Hey so my CPU has been having very low usage during gaming so around 50% or under, causing me to have less FPS. This has also made my cooler for it be more louder. I reinstalled AMD Drivers thinking it was for the GPU but nothing happened. I have an R9 390, Fx 6300. I noted the low amount of FPS ever since I rolled back to windows 7

Haven't responded yet so either way it might be cpu bottlenecking if the cpu isn't at a high enought speed if not then you are playing games that don't use every core just one or two

What game are you running, because you will defiantly stat bottlenecking in some games with that cpu.

GTA V, CSGO, Dying Light. I never had problems with it. I used to get better FPS for all of them. I think there may be something in the settings that makes my CPU hotter but have lower usage.

What was the fps you were getting before and after?

Some has built up, hmmm should I buy a can on the air spray thingy? The gamer gear dust off one?

Most of the time dust has a marginal effect on temperature. As long as its not like a thick coat it should be fine. If you don't want to reinstall the games I would mess around with the settings. Like taking off AA and see how the performance is then.

I'll reinstall CSGO and I'll see what goes on. I have most of my settings in SSD and games in HDD
