Nope. You will need to backup your files and then do a fresh install.

You can NOT upgrade to x64 from an x32 OS. A fresh install is required, which will call for a partition wipe. Back up any important data to another drive/usb stick/external drive/whatever and do NOT touch any partitions or drives that you do not want to lose data from

x86 is what is used. x32 doesn't exist.

You can't. Fresh Installation is the only option.
