So I have been trying for an hour to install windows, but I can't seem to get it. I'm using an MSI motherboard. I booted my PC with the USB(with the windows key). I prioritized my USB(http://imgur.com/sEFmLpG) I have a 1 SSD and 1 HDD. I have all the settings correct. What do I do next? If I try to do a boot override and restart my computer it just shuts down the monitor and idles. My case(NZXT S340) doesn't have a reset switch so I'm wondering if that's a problem.

Have you tried that flash drive you have Windows on on a different PC just to check if the media creation tool created the Windows installation disc correctly?

you dont need a reset switch for anything...

unplug all your drives except your SSD

then in the UEFI change the boot priority list to the USB first, then save and reset and it should boot into the USB and start installing

You shouldn't have to unplug anything the boot priority will override everything else

I've had Windows get confused at multiple hdds before Ana at this point I've realized its much easier to unplug extra drives.

If I use words like probably or most likely, it is because I dislike certainty. These words can probably be omitted and the sentence read as a certainty.

So I did everything when I boot should I just not press anything and let it install? Because then it take me into a EFI screen.

No :( I've always used Apple software, but I've looked up tutorials. When I click on the flash drive under "Boot Override" nothing happens. When in other videos this activates the windows install when the PC reboots.
