They cost money and you can buy them from RED Giant, Video Copilot, Sapphire and RE: Vision Effects.

Because someone put time, effort and skill into developing them. There are 'real' people behind these plugins. Wouldn't you want money for your hard work?

Sorry for sounding so rude. Yeah those plugins are not default ones for the software hence the additional price.
