Is this a good build?

ChaixD

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/4PwDBm

I made the cheapest build possible without a gpu that could run league of legends and be upgraded in the future to like an i5 or something.

I will buy a gpu in the future, but while I save up for more money i thought that cpu with the intel graphics would do just ok but what gpu do u guys recommend? I was thinking the 950 but idk that many gpus so any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Spend less on the display and get an i3. Yeah the 950 is fine.

Should i get the new skylake one to also get ddr4 ram or is the ram not that important?

DRR4 is one of the main reasons why skylake is faster so yeah.

Yes, risky!  I have had both positive and negative experiences going used, and if you can't risk potentially buying a dud, then go new...

far cry 4 for example , will not run at all on a dual core . I believe other games run horribly on them also

It is running on a core i3 , which is a 4 thread cpu , not a true dual core like the g3258

You will have to run a hack to make it run on the g3258 though. It doesn't run on dual core at stock
