Apu amd chip

is it possible to use a apu amd chip with other graphic cards. If so are they compatible with non amd chips? The reason I ask is because i wondered if

Yes, you can use other graphics card instead of, (or in some cases in conjunction with) the integrated graphics.

You can use any GPU with an APU, if it has the correct connectors and throughput. If you want to crossfire the APU GPU there are only a couple of GPUs that would work with that, if you can provide the APU you have I could help find some options.

You can use any GPU, but if you want to use both, first, it's not optimal, but here is the requirements.

how about a intel pentum chip with a amd graphics card does that matter at all?

As far as compatibility? You can use AMD cards with Intel CPUs.

No, it would just use the GPU and not the iGPU.
