GPU stuck at 405mhz?

LokiFire
Go to solution Solved by App4that,

Have you tried turning it off and on again? Seriously, had to do that myself last night.

My GTX 580 will not speed up for some reason, i minimized CSGO as i was looking up a console command to disable the GUI in Demo mode.

Came back and my card is stuck in 405mhz mode.

I went to NVCP and turned on maximum performance mode, it sill will not speed up, what's up?

Does it change when you get into a game?

I Alt tabbed in a demo, this GPU speeds up even in the menu normally, but it does it in demo which is in game.

LOL so simple, PC reset and it's all back jim.. i was thinking it was the OC because at 950mhz i pump 1165MV through the GPU and at 900 1125MV and thinking the voltage is not enough or something, 900 is just a lower OC because well CSGO don't need all that horsepower.

Thank you.
