Does anyone know of one that is nice to use, unlike the standard Windows 8 way?

Windows8 is just terrible on that aspect.
It's the antichrist of user-friendliness to have to click three times to disable one program.
I'd like to know why they did that.

Here is another way that is built into windows just enter in this keytstroke

WindowsKey + R

Enter "msconfig" then hit enter

Go to the startup tab and do what ever it is you wanted to not start up, you can also stop certain services from starting up aswell.
