I am building this pc for gaming, software devellopement and vr. Any tips or advice?

PLUG IN YOUR 8 PIN AND 4 PIN CONNECTOR. I forgot this on mine and went mad trying to figure out what was wrong with it.

@LawrenceBarnes2013 my budget is around 3000$ to 3500$ (I have some moving room so I can go up to 4000$ if worth it). It's my first pc build so help will be appreciated.

First the location doesn't matter to me I can have everything shipped and it's fine. Second I thank u for your advice but I want something more powerful and I insist on silence (one of the reasons why I got the silent power supply). Also I can't decide on an X99 series or a ROG for my asus motherboard.
