HDD not found

Hi guys! Today I installed a second HDD but Windows cannot find it, in the BIOS it does show up.

The power and SATA cables are both connected.

I had the HDD next to my pc and I felt it was spinning.

I hope someone knows how to fix this, as I really need it.

EDIT: It's a 500GB HDD

make sure its plugged into a native intel sata port on your motherboard and not a 3rd party one

 

3rd part ports need drivers to be installed and enabled in the UEFI, and are slower than intel

My SSD is in port 0 on the mobo, 1TB HDD in port 1 and the new (500GB) is plugged into port 2.

Don't have another pc with SATA available right now :/
