Weird Connector you say? It's probably XLR, which you can get a XLR to USB cable, or an audio interface with XLR or Combo inputs.

If you're just recording voice you can do with just XLR to USB

Its for Skype calls and comon use, so i just need a XLR to USB/minijack and it will work perfectly fine?

Yes you can connect it to a PC, however stay away from XLR to USB cables.

Instead get an audio interface that comes with XLR and is able to provide phantom power to the mic.

Yep! I gotta tell you though, I bought the cheapest USB to XLR I could find, and it's horrible. It doesn't fit in well, and pops and crackles all the time. I was recording vocals but I gave up on it and got $100 USD audio interface.

Which one did you buy? Just want to know to keep in mind for future recommendations.

If you can spare the dough, go with the Mackie Onyx Blackjack ($99). It's tied with the Focusrite on conversion and it has better preamps.

If you can't spare the dough, I say go with a Behringer UMC22. It's currently out of stock in places which sell it for normal prices ($40), so please don't get it for its currently bloated prices ($100). Instead get it on backorder at a place like Sweetwater or BHPhotoVideo or MusiciansFriend.

If you can't wait, then a Behringer USB mixer like ALwin suggested would be your best bet.

The XLR to USB I forget, but I got it from Sweetwater.

For the interface, you can choose either the Scarlett 2i2 or the Focusrite Audiobox USB. They're basically the same and the same price, but they differ slightly. I got the Focusrite.

Focusrite doesn't make the Audiobox - Presonus makes it. It's not as good as the Focusrite or Blackjack or Steinberg UR22 or Roland Duo Capture EX. It still works relatively well. It's just not as good as the others.
