hdd not recognized in windows

go to disc management and make a new volume for your other hdd's

Disk Manager, see if the disk is there

Otherwise make a G Parted USB, boot from it and format the drive making the partition table ms-dos and the type ntfs or exfat depending on what you want to do, maybe unplug your main drive to avoid accidents

Also try moving your sata on the motherboard
