hdd not recognized in windows

i hvae a wd black 2tb and its recognized in my bios but  not in windows (only my ssd is) what do i do

go to disc management and make a new volume for your other hdd's

Did you just add it? Try going to Administrative Tools, Computer Management, Storage, Disk Management. You should see it there, add a new simple volume.

Disk Manager, see if the disk is there

Otherwise make a G Parted USB, boot from it and format the drive making the partition table ms-dos and the type ntfs or exfat depending on what you want to do, maybe unplug your main drive to avoid accidents

Also try moving your sata on the motherboard
