Cheap CPU Cooler for 860k

Title says it all, looking for an inexpensive cpu cooler for x4 860k. The cpu cooler has to fit in the Corsair Air 240. The 212 evo doesnt fit in my case, so dont suggest that. I am currently looking at 2 different coolers, https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/gelid-solutions-cpu-cooler-ccsiberian01 , and https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/part/thermaltake-cpu-cooler-clp009al09wta . I dont expect to get any overclock on it, just need something to keep my cpu cool and quiet.

Replace the fan with something quieter and more static pressure. Good since you're not planning to OC.
