mgsv Metal Gear Solid 5 freezing a little after startup - Help please!

Hi guys, I bought Metal Gear Solid 5 during December and I fucking love the game. I spent 30 amazing hours in the game before the game started to show signs of problems. Firstly, there were weird visual artifacts that sometimes appeared in shadows or where it was night. Usually if I restarted the game this problem went away, and it seemed to happen whenever I alt-tab. I kept playing the game, and a driver update from Nvida seemed to solve the problem. Then, one day, I opened up MGS5 and the game froze after a few of the opening logos. I shut the game and tried again, but the same thing happened. Now, whenever I open the game it crashes shortly after opening. If I try to skip ads as fast as possible I can maybe make it to the main menu, but the game still freezes before i can do anything. I have tried updating graphics drivers, reinstalling old graphics drivers, reinstalling, and begging to god. I have had this problem for a very long time now, and I have asked for help in so many forums, including the troubleshooting forum on here. However, I always got 3-4 responses saying something along the lines of "run it in admin mode" or "did you turn your computer off and on again" so this post is pretty much my last hope. This is probably my all time favorite single player game, so if somebody has a solution please help.
