YES I KNOW but it is not as easy and nowhere near as effective and user friendly as just normal overclocking. Just pay like 10 bucks more for an unlocked one or don't OC at all :/

 

Haha lots of replies telling you that! It's not the end of the world in terms of difficulty though and it might also be worth getting a 1151 board now and then a cheapo CPU. In the future you can get a better CPU and it will still fit your motherboard. This is better than getting a new mobo and cpu in my opinion but it's all up to personal taste - it would still be perfectly viable to do as you suggested :)
