I've had really good luck with Gelid Solutions GC-Extreme. It brought me down ~2-3 degrees Celsius compared to the Arctic Silver 5 I had before.

IC Diamond is good.

if you are delidding though IC Diamond can scratch the die. But I am assuming you aren't delidding and just using the paste between the CPU and heatsink. In that case Ic Diamond is good. Gelid also makes good ones though.
