I'm here again asking for another game, this time I'm looking for a fun game (possibly f2p) that's fun to play that fits these requirements:

  • NOT a competitive game
  • NOT an RPG
  • Multiplayer
  • Possibly with a controller support (I could use a software to bind the keys to the controller but I'd rather not have to do that)
  • NOT a game intended to be rage inducing, some challenge is ok but not at the Super Meat Boy level.
  • Possibly on Steam
  • NO Flash games
  • Possibly good looking

Any genre beside RPG/MMORPG is fine.

@as96

In regards to stress inducing, can you give examples of games you liked and disliked? This would be better to get an idea of what you like.

Since you don't want rpg, is it more because you don't care for story, or is it that you don't like the grindy nature of those games? Is your preference more toward arcade style games with simple aspects? Since you specified no flash, is it due to the simplicity, or that you prefer a certain fidelity of graphics and style? You made a number of requirements, but what works better for us to suggest would be more towards style and interest. Especially with indie titles, there are more and more titles that don't fit the normal molds.

Edit: forgot to mention an easy suggestion: Rocket League

Still new, but learning

I said no RPGs since I don't like to grind, story is ok but MP is good too. I just don't want something that is gonna take too much time,  and for flash yeah I'd like a somewhat decent looking game. And yes I would actually aim at arcade-ish games but any genre is fine, FPS, racing etc.

PS: sorry if the message is not well written, I'm on my phone and the corrector is set to italian.

@as96 Hrmm, here is a starting list for you then.

Xcom: Enemy Unkown - rts like gameplay mechanics, one of the best of the genre. Has multiplayer

Borderlands 2 - has some story aspects, but can play with friends (co-op) and it is somewhat like an open world shooter. Very cheap now and not too challenging.

Team Fortress 2 - pure multiplayer, just imagine counterstrike, but more forgiving. It is also free

Rocket League - a bit arcade like, nicely made. You play soccer with rally cars. Very well reviewed, if you can find on sale, go for it.

Rainbow Six Siege - multiplayer only game, done right. When it gets cheaper in the next few months, it will be worth getting. Especially if you are a fan of shooters.

Guns of Icarus - online multiplayer game with a steampunk feel (cheap on steam). You control flying ships and have a few friends on board that can run between the gun emplacements, the helm and other modules to use, repair or buff them while in combat. Very simple and nice mechanics and quite fun as well.

Tabletop simulator - a game that functions as over 4000 board games and other variants that you can play with people on. Heard good things about it.

Warframe - a free to play game that has some interesting mechanics and is mostly co-op based. You may or may not like it, but it has some interesting features.

Hearthstone - free to play card game from Blizzard (similar to mtg). A LOT of people enjoy it. It does have its downsides when you start, as you will have to build up your sets and so on.

Still new, but learning
