hi , i am building a budget pc for 200 dollars (USD) i need advise on how to buy  my components . my requirments  : basic tasks , stream hd 1080p videos , run Adobe Premier , Adobe Photoshop and a couple of low end games like nfs mw 2012 , burnout4 , COD 4 , BF3  . i had a look yesterday in ebay for used   gpu and cpu but they were soo over priced and some were perfect price but they don't meet my requirments . I cant deside if i should buy a low end intel pentium and upgrade later or buy a price efficient amd apu a4 seres processor  and i thought of intel because in the nere future if i may be willing to buy a pc

dedicated to raw perfomance then i want to use the old parts but i am not sure if i  will be doing that and finally question am i too underbudget to get a pc which can do all the things mentioned above ?

strait up, 200$ will not be enough

wait till you have at least like 350-400$

maybe with used parts you can get something ok. but not good enough for video rendering or gaming at 1080

This is just about the cheapest you should buy, although you'll have to live without a case, and if you spend $20 more you'd get triple the hard drive space with a 1TB drive

Why do you need a PSU that can handle a lot of heat?

otherwise, the APU will be fine for that then

If you can go to $350 then here, you could maybe get a $100 GPU if you hack everything else, but I'm not sure if that's worth it

Well unless you buy a high end PSU it's probably going to end up hot, maybe just replace the fan on your next PSU or something
