What should I upgrade first on my PC?

Hello I am thinking of upgrading my current PC but I can not decide what is a better up grade for my build. I am looking to either grade my CPU (and motherboard) or upgrading my graphics card to a R9 390 or a GTX 970. The current CPU I am using is a AMD FX 6300 overclocked to 4.2 GHZ. The current graphics card I am using is a Sapphire R9 280. There will be a PC PartPicker link of my build in the description and a Imgur link. Also I use my PC primarily for gaming. I will appreciate all suggestions, thanks.

970 would be better, The cpu is fine for just playing games.
